How to Participate

Purchase a $2 passport from any of the participating shops and start hopping! Bring your passport with you to each shop and collect all 6 stickers. Once you visit all 6 shops during the event dates, you can fill out a completion form for a chance to win prizes!

Passports are limited to one per person and nontransferable. And we recommend writing your name in it!

What to expect!

Come to each shop ready to have fun! We'll have refreshments waiting for you and you'll receive a freebie with a purchase (not including purchase of passport).

Summer Garden Quilt

Celebrate summer with our 2025 project featuring vibrant summer garden elements! Each shop will be selling a unique Block Set and a curated Finishing Kit, so you can craft the perfect summertime project. Kits & Blocks being announced soon!

Purchase 9 Blocks Sets (6 shops + 3 bonus blocks) and a Finishing Kit to end up with at least a 72" x 72" quilt top. Backing is not included in Finishing Kits, so we recommend snagging one during the Shop Hop!

Prize Drawings

Do I have to purchase a passport to participate?

Yes, your passport is how you will verify which shops you have visited! You can purchase a passport at any of the participating shops for $2 (arriving in July). After visiting all 6 shops, you can fill out a completion form for a chance to win prizes!

Your professionally printed passport is yours to keep after the event as a souvenir and reference so you can plan future visits to your favorite shops!

What happens if I forget my passport?

We get it! It happens! If you forget your passport, you can get a provisional one at your next shop. It will be stamped or initialed but no stickers will be provided for the provisional passports. You will need to show the actual and provisional passports at your final shop to be entered into the prize drawings.

Make your passport identifiable by writing your name and contact info in it too!

Can kids participate in the Shop Hop?

Absolutely! We love inspiring the next generation of quilters and creatives. Kids will need their own $2 passport for the shop hop journey. Kids that complete the Shop Hop are elligible to enter for our special Kids Prize Drawing (prize to be announced).

Kids aged 15+ are elligible to enter for the main Shop Hop prize drawings!

Will Blocks and Finishing Kits be available for purchase after the event?

It depends! If a shop has not sold out of their Blocks and Finishing kits, they can opt to continue selling it after the Shop Hop event, either online or over the phone at individual shops' discretion.

Please keep in mind that it is very likely that blocks or finishing kits sell out, so if you see something you like, don't bank that it will be available later!
